What can you expect?
- You are the direct contact in your group and, together with two or three other colleagues, are responsible for the children in the group
- You design and plan the daily routine with your colleagues and provide the children with individual and, if necessary, alternative experiences
- You are a direct contact person for parents, plan, document and conduct development discussions with your group colleagues
- You are able to assess and manage settling-up processes well
- You consider the Hamburg educational recommendations when planning and creating programs
