What can you expect?
- Zusammen mit zwei bis drei weiteren Kollegen bildest du ein interdisziplinäres Team, welches für alle Kinder der Gruppe im Sinne der Inklusion zuständig ist
- Dabei bist du erste/r Ansprechpartner:in bzgl. der Kinder mit einem erhöhten Förderbedarf, planst und gestaltest die individuelle und alltagsintegrierte heilpädagogische Entwicklungsförderung in enger Absprache mit deinem Team
- Du bist ein/e direkte/r Ansprechpartner:in für die entsprechenden Eltern und führst Entwicklungsgespräche. Auch die Dokumentation der Entwicklung und Erstellung interdisziplinärer Förder- und Entwicklungspläne gehören zu deinen Aufgaben
- Du arbeitest interdisziplinär auch mit anderen Institutionen (Therapeuten, Behörden, etc.) zusammen
- Du berücksichtigst bei der Planung von Bildungsangeboten die Inhalte der Hamburger Bildungsempfehlungen
